Cheng Liang is the Founder and Principal Broker of CWQ Realty Group LLC, a Massachusetts real estate brokerage serving Greater Boston. He has worked full-time in real estate since 2018, serving buyers, sellers, and property owners with guidance in English and Mandarin across residential sales, leasing, and property management.
Cheng’s approach starts with understanding each client’s goals. For buyers, that means weighing location, budget, and how a property fits their needs. For sellers, it means developing a thoughtful pricing and marketing strategy and guiding the transaction through closing. For rental property owners, it means coordinating leasing and ongoing management, including support for owners who live out of state or overseas.
