Information you choose to share

When you submit an inquiry, we save your name, email, optional phone number, selected service, location, preferred agent, message, and any property address you provide. We also save the submission time, page, language, and privacy-notice version. Please do not submit Social Security numbers, identification documents, bank details, payment information, or rental application documents through this form.

How we use your inquiry

Cheng Liang reviews website inquiries to respond to your questions and coordinate the service you request. Your preferred agent is a request, not an automatic assignment. Submitting an inquiry does not subscribe you to marketing messages, establish an agency relationship, confirm a showing, or provide an appraisal.

Storage, access and providers

Inquiry records are stored in the website database. The administrative inbox is restricted to the authorized website owner. The website uses OpenAI Sites hosting and Cloudflare infrastructure; these providers may process technical and access logs to operate and secure the service. Telephone and email links open your own communication application. When owner notifications are enabled, inquiry details are also sent through Resend to Cheng’s work mailbox, hosted with Microsoft 365. No automatic confirmation email is sent to the person submitting the form.

Security and technical information

We use access controls, request validation, and submission limits. For abuse prevention, the application may store a keyed, non-readable identifier derived from your network address; it does not save the raw address in the inquiry record. Hosting providers may keep separate network logs. No security measure can eliminate every risk.

Retention and privacy requests

Inquiry records are kept for follow-up and necessary business purposes. You may ask to access, correct, or delete your inquiry by contacting Cheng@cwqrealtygroup.com or 781-526-6882. We may verify your identity before acting. Records needed for a transaction, legal obligation, or dispute may need to be retained separately. Website inquiry records are not a substitute for brokerage transaction records.

Cookies and analytics

This version does not use Google Analytics or advertising pixels. The hosting and sign-in services may use cookies or similar technologies needed for access and security. We will update this notice if the website’s collection practices change.
